Shipping to mainland Italy costs € 7. To the major islands it’s € 12, to the minor islands € 20. Within Italy, shipping is free on orders of € 99 or more. In-store pickup is free. Outside Italy the cost depends on the country. You see the exact cost for your address at checkout, before you pay.

Orders are usually shipped within 48h of the order date, on working days and barring the unexpected.

An express courier, always with tracking. As soon as your parcel leaves, you get the tracking code by email.

Yes, for free, at Via Fratelli Scholl, 6, 20077 Melegnano (MI). Choose pickup at checkout: we let you know as soon as your order is ready.

Yes. You have 14 days to tell us you want to return it. The refund is made within 5 working days of receiving the parcel. Return shipping is at your expense and is not refunded. All the details are on the Returns and refunds page.

No. We don’t exchange sizes, colours or models: just return the item and place a new order.

You can try it on as you would in a store. If you use it beyond a simple try-on, we may deduct from the refund only the loss in value, with no penalties or fixed percentages. A missing box or original label doesn’t cost you the right to withdraw. The exception is products sealed for hygiene reasons (nutrition, socks, swimwear) opened after delivery: by law they can’t be returned.

On the product page you see the model’s full size run: the sizes you can buy are clickable, sold-out ones stay visible and crossed out, so you can see at a glance what’s available. If you’re between two sizes, write to [email protected] or call us on 02 3654 6612: we have them in store and can tell you how they fit.
