These are the rates for standard orders. Within Italy, shipping is free on orders of € 99 or more. For other countries the cost depends on the destination. The exact cost for your address is shown at checkout, before you pay.
Timing
Orders are usually shipped within 48h of the order date, on working days and barring the unexpected. Delivery time after that depends on the courier and the destination.
Parcels travel by tracked express courier. As soon as your parcel leaves, you get the tracking code by email so you can follow it. Until you receive the parcel, the risk stays with us: if it gets lost or arrives damaged, write to us and we’ll sort it out.
In-store pickup
You can pick up your order for free in our store at Via Fratelli Scholl, 6, 20077 Melegnano (MI). We let you know as soon as it’s ready. It’s also the easiest way to try the shoe before keeping it.
