We’ve refined this track shoe yet again. Introducing Gara Carbon 3: an updated, even lighter design and unprecedented energy return.

This racing shoe is powered by the most efficient carbon plate on the market, developed to create an extreme shape with maximum curvature: high at the heel, low under the forefoot and high at toe-off. Above the midsole, a carbon fibre plate embedded in thermosetting resin runs the full length of the shoe, stiffening the sole so that none of the energy the athlete drives into the ground is lost. The plate is full-length and 100% carbon: the finest, highest-performing solution when it comes to sole stiffness.

Gara Carbon 3 is built with Anima PBX. This compound improves midsole rebound by 55% while cutting its weight by 40% compared with EVA Light. The new version, now just 208 grams, offers unmatched propulsion and a lab-tested total rebound of 85%. The upper is made of Matrix Mesh with carbon threads to make it even lighter.
