The Martino jacket, made for those who want to ride well and hard, but in style.

The MARTINO JACKET is designed and made in Italy: it combines several fabrics, bonded into a single layer with an overall thickness of 3 mm.

Its design includes a high collar to give your throat the best protection from cold and draughts, even when you're in your most aerodynamic position.

The MARTINO JACKET has no fewer than NINE pockets. Two of them are on the front at chest height, with colour-matched zips, and are usually used to carry a wallet or car keys.

On the left side we've added a colour-matched mesh pocket for snacks and their wrappers afterwards, so you don't throw them away along the way. On the right side there's another pocket with a concealed zip for your smartphone or valuables. Its waterproof inner lining has a hole for routing a phone cable if needed. Bear in mind that the size of this pocket depends on the size of the jacket: on XS or S sizes it may be hard to fit a latest-generation smartphone.

On the back, the MARTINO JACKET has 3 straight open pockets with a functional reflective strip at the bottom to boost visibility on the road or in low light. The sleeves, also finished with functional reflective sides, each have a mesh pocket for carrying small gel or bar kits, designed so you never have to take a hand off the handlebar to grab a snack, always keeping a safety margin for yourself and others.

Remember too that the MARTINO JACKET is an UMBRAIL product updated with improvements for the coming winter. It performs without any problems from a minimum of 5 degrees up to a maximum of 15, and we recommend wearing it over a single good-quality thermal base layer, even a short-sleeved one.

The fabric was also deliberately given a water-repellent treatment that lasts a couple of hours, for even greater comfort.

The main YKK zip is colour-matched to the jacket and has a two-way slider, so you can also open it from the bottom for comfort on short climbs.

At the bottom of the three rear pockets there's a functional reflective strip that makes you more visible to the cars behind you, with more on the back of the arms. The raw-cut black fabric cuffs give the Martino jacket that extra touch.

The MARTINO jacket has two more pockets on the lower part of the sleeves, where you can stash gels or bars and eat a snack on the move without ever taking your hands off the handlebar. The last pocket is a mesh one on the left side, ideal for snacks, your phone or the wrappers from the snacks you eat on your ride.

One key feature of the jacket is that it keeps out rain and wind. Its colours and cut make it a one-of-a-kind jacket that's great for everyday wear too. Another detail you'll find on Umbrail garments is the eyeleted hole inside the pocket for routing your smartphone cable, with no wires showing on the outside.
