Responsive instant pace. Interval sessions are more effective with instant pace data, but GPS signals can lag by up to 10 seconds. COROS POD 2 transmits accurate pace data straight from your foot, so the Pace Alert feature on your COROS watch can help you stay precisely in your target pace zone.

Accurate indoor data. GPS doesn’t work for treadmill sessions, and no watch can accurately record treadmill pace and distance on its own. COROS POD 2 solves this by calibrating automatically to measure your stride, and sends accurate treadmill running data straight to your COROS watch.
